I've checked to make sure that Outlook has the advanced calendar option turned on, and that the permissions are correct on the calendar. If we give the calendars a different right than "AvailabilityOnly" for the group Standard using the Add-MailboxPermission command, the entries are displayed.

I have rebuilt his OST thinking there was a problem with the file but he is still not able to view the calendars consistently. This begins to happen 2 o 3 days ago with any changes in configurations He has Outlook 2010 and we are running Exchange 2007
